Reduced Price Items (less than 50% off)
All sale items have 14 days for an exchange or in store credit. Products must be in new condition with no visible wear (toe prints on footbed, creased leather, scuffed footbeds) with original box and receipt.
Clearance Items (50% off or more)
All clearance items are final sale

Online
Tanda Shoes will cover the return shipping expense for you if it is our mistake that you are returning the item. If something doesn’t fit, or you simply don’t like we will gladly accept your return if it is in new condition and within the 20 day period from the initial shipping date. The customer will be responsible for any return expenses. If you aren't satisfied with your product, you have 20 days to begin the return process from the shipping date. Pictures of the product may be requested before a return is authorized.
